Adapting to a remote world
When the world went remote, the need for visibility exploded. My network in Ireland, Spain, France, Germany, Switzerland, and Italy needed to adapt to survive. Because I had always shared my insights freely, they trusted me to help them pivot.
The shift to Amplify You
Two years ago, a senior executive reached out following a redundancy. They were tired of office politics and confused by conflicting advice. They didn’t know whether to promote themselves or create a business brand.
We worked together to build a strategy that replaced the security of a job title with the authority of a personal brand. That success sparked a wave of referrals, and that demand is why I started Amplify You Online.
