1. Parties

This agreement is between 360 Talent Solutions Ltd (trading as Amplify You Online), of 12 Huntingdon Crescent, Sheffield, UK (“we”, “our”, or “Amplify You Online”) and the client named in the accompanying project summary (“you” or “the client”).

2. Purpose

The purpose of this agreement is to outline the terms under which Amplify You Online will deliver a personal website and related services as described in your selected package and any agreed-upon add-ons.

3. Project scope

Each project includes the features and deliverables listed in your selected package on the Amplify You Online website at the time of purchase.
Any add-ons or custom requirements will be listed in your project summary.

Anything not listed there is considered out of scope and will require a separate quote before additional work begins.

4. Project process

Each project follows a structured process designed to keep progress steady and transparent from start to finish.

  1. Strategy call
A focused session to understand your story, goals, and preferences.
The session length depends on your package: 60 minutes, 90 minutes, or a full workshop.
  2. Discovery questionnaire
After the call, we send a short questionnaire to gather any additional details about your content, design preferences, and priorities.
  3. 50% deposit invoice issued
An invoice for the initial 50% payment is sent after the discovery stage.
Work begins once payment has been received.
  4. Copy created
Based on what we learn during discovery, we create the written content for your website.
  5. Copy review and approval
You review and approve the copy within two business days.
One round of revisions is included at this stage.
  6. Design presentation
We share your website layout, colour palette, images, and structure for review.
  7. Design review and approval
You review and approve the design within two business days.
One round of revisions is included at this stage.
  8. Website draft build
We develop the live version of your website based on the approved copy and design.
  9. Final review and sign-off
You review the completed site, check that everything works as expected, and confirm final approval.
  10. Final 50% invoice and go live
Once your final approval is received, we issue the balance invoice.
When payment is received, your website is launched and ownership transfers as outlined in Section 9.

5. Feedback and timelines

Timely feedback keeps your project on track.
You agree to review and respond to each stage within two business days of receiving drafts or updates.
If feedback is delayed, your project timeline may be extended, and your slot may move to the next available opening.

6. Revisions and approvals

Each project stage outlined in Section 4 (copy and design) includes one round of revisions.
Revisions must be submitted together and within the feedback timeframe.
Once a stage is approved, it is considered final.

Further revisions or changes made after approval will be billed separately at the rate outlined in your project summary or discussed before additional work begins.

7. Pricing and payments

All prices are listed excluding VAT.

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your project and secure your slot.
  • The remaining 50% balance is due before launch, once your final website is approved.
  • Payment can be made by bank transfer, Stripe, or PayPal.

Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Your website will not go live until full payment has been received.

8. Hosting, domain, and email

Every package includes one year of hosting, domain registration, and one professional email address.
These are set up and managed by Amplify You Online for the first 12 months after your website launch.

After this period, you can either:

  • renew hosting and domain services through Amplify You Online for an annual fee, or
  • transfer hosting, domain, and email management to your own provider at no extra cost.

We will provide full access and support for any transfer request.

We will contact you at least 30 days before renewal to confirm next steps
If renewal or transfer is not arranged before the end of the 12-month period, your website and email may become temporarily unavailable until renewed.

Amplify You Online is not responsible for downtime or data loss caused by expired hosting, domain, or third-party email accounts.

9. Ownership and intellectual property

Once full payment has been received:

  • You own the final website content, layout, and design created specifically for you.
  • Amplify You Online retains the right to include your project in our portfolio or marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
  • Any licensed or royalty-free assets (such as stock images) remain under their original licence terms.

All drafts, concepts, and unused materials remain the property of Amplify You Online.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat shared materials and project details as confidential.
We will not share or disclose your information without written permission, except where required by law.

11. Refunds and cancellations

All payments made to Amplify You Online are non-refundable once a project has been confirmed and work has begun.
The 50% deposit secures your project slot and covers the time, preparation, and resources allocated to your website.

If you choose not to continue after work has started, any payments made will be retained to cover work completed up to that point.
If Amplify You Online cannot complete the agreed project for any reason, we will refund payments for unfinished work in full.

This policy complies with UK consumer law. Our services are custom and begin once your project is confirmed, meaning the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.

12. Ongoing support

After launch, you may choose to add an optional maintenance plan or other ongoing services.
These are billed separately and renewed annually or as agreed in writing.
Maintenance includes basic security, hosting management, and content updates within agreed limits.

13. Limitation of liability

Amplify You Online will deliver all work with care and professionalism.
However, we cannot be held responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including business interruption or data loss, resulting from the use or inability to use the website or services.

Nothing in this agreement limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Data protection

We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, available at amplify-you.online/privacy-policy.
We only collect and store information required to deliver our services and comply with UK GDPR.

15. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England.
