This page outlines the terms under which Amplify You Online, a service by 360 Talent Solutions Ltd, provides personal websites and related services.
Clients receive a dated copy of this agreement as a PDF when their project begins. By confirming a booking, paying a deposit, or giving written approval by email, you agree to these terms.

1. Parties
This agreement is between 360 Talent Solutions Ltd (trading as Amplify You Online), of 12 Huntingdon Crescent, Sheffield, UK (“we”, “our”, or “Amplify You Online”) and the client named in the accompanying project summary (“you” or “the client”).
2. Purpose
The purpose of this agreement is to outline the terms under which Amplify You Online will deliver a personal website and related services as described in your selected package and any agreed-upon add-ons.
3. Project scope
Each project includes the features and deliverables listed in your selected package on the Amplify You Online website at the time of purchase.
Any add-ons or custom requirements will be listed in your project summary.
Anything not listed there is considered out of scope and will require a separate quote before additional work begins.
4. Project process
Each project follows a structured process designed to keep progress steady and transparent from start to finish.
5. Feedback and timelines
Timely feedback keeps your project on track.
You agree to review and respond to each stage within two business days of receiving drafts or updates.
If feedback is delayed, your project timeline may be extended, and your slot may move to the next available opening.
6. Revisions and approvals
Each project stage outlined in Section 4 (copy and design) includes one round of revisions.
Revisions must be submitted together and within the feedback timeframe.
Once a stage is approved, it is considered final.
Further revisions or changes made after approval will be billed separately at the rate outlined in your project summary or discussed before additional work begins.
7. Pricing and payments
All prices are listed excluding VAT.
Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Your website will not go live until full payment has been received.
8. Hosting, domain, and email
Every package includes one year of hosting, domain registration, and one professional email address.
These are set up and managed by Amplify You Online for the first 12 months after your website launch.
After this period, you can either:

We will contact you at least 30 days before renewal to confirm next steps
If renewal or transfer is not arranged before the end of the 12-month period, your website and email may become temporarily unavailable until renewed.
Amplify You Online is not responsible for downtime or data loss caused by expired hosting, domain, or third-party email accounts.
9. Ownership and intellectual property
Once full payment has been received:
All drafts, concepts, and unused materials remain the property of Amplify You Online.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat shared materials and project details as confidential.
We will not share or disclose your information without written permission, except where required by law.
11. Refunds and cancellations
All payments made to Amplify You Online are non-refundable once a project has been confirmed and work has begun.
The 50% deposit secures your project slot and covers the time, preparation, and resources allocated to your website.
If you choose not to continue after work has started, any payments made will be retained to cover work completed up to that point.
If Amplify You Online cannot complete the agreed project for any reason, we will refund payments for unfinished work in full.
This policy complies with UK consumer law. Our services are custom and begin once your project is confirmed, meaning the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.
12. Ongoing support
After launch, you may choose to add an optional maintenance plan or other ongoing services.
These are billed separately and renewed annually or as agreed in writing.
Maintenance includes basic security, hosting management, and content updates within agreed limits.
13. Limitation of liability
Amplify You Online will deliver all work with care and professionalism.
However, we cannot be held responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including business interruption or data loss, resulting from the use or inability to use the website or services.
Nothing in this agreement limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Data protection
We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, available at amplify-you.online/privacy-policy.
We only collect and store information required to deliver our services and comply with UK GDPR.
15. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England.
