These Terms & Conditions explain how Amplify You Online operates and what to expect when you work with us. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Amplify You Online operates under 360 Talent Solutions Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom. Our business address is 12 Huntingdon Crescent, Sheffield, UK. For any questions about these terms, please contact dave@davecrumby.co.uk.
2. Using this website
The content on this website is for general information only. We do our best to keep it accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that every detail will always be current. We are not responsible for any losses that result from relying on the information published here. You may not copy or reuse material from this website without written permission.
3. Our services
Amplify You Online provides services related to personal websites, online branding, and supporting content. All services are delivered by our creative team, which includes copywriters, designers, and technical support. Each package includes the features listed on our website at the time of purchase. Specific project details will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
4. Project process
Every project starts with a strategy call to understand your story, goals, and requirements. After this, you will receive a written outline confirming what will be delivered. We follow a clear, collaborative process:
Small revisions are included during the review stage, and larger changes outside the agreed scope may be billed separately (always discussed first).
5. Pricing and payment
All prices shown on our website are listed excluding VAT. VAT is added where applicable. Payments can be made by bank transfer or securely through Stripe and PayPal. Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Your website and materials will not go live until full payment has been received.
6. Ownership and intellectual property
Once full payment has been received:
7. Refunds and cancellations
All payments made to Amplify You Online are non-refundable once a project has been confirmed and work has begun. The 50% deposit secures your project slot and covers the time, preparation, and resources allocated to your website. If you decide not to continue after work has started, any payments made will be retained to cover work completed up to that point. In rare cases where Amplify You Online cannot complete the agreed project, we will refund any payments for unfinished work in full.
This policy complies with UK consumer law. Our services are custom and begin once your project is confirmed, meaning the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.
8. Project timelines
We agree a target completion date at the start of every project. Meeting these timelines depends on both sides providing feedback and materials on time. Delays caused by missing information or feedback may move your launch date.
9. Ongoing support
After launch, you can choose to add a maintenance plan or other ongoing services.
These are optional and billed separately. Details of each plan are available on our website or can be discussed after launch.
10. Data and privacy
Your personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, available at amplify-you.online/privacy-policy.
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
11. Liability
Amplify You Online takes care to deliver every project with accuracy and professionalism. However, we cannot be held responsible for indirect losses, business interruption, or loss of data resulting from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England.
13. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. If major changes are made, we will notify existing clients by email.
